TIME MANAGEMENT + GOAL SETTING
Using time more wisely starts with knowing how and where you spend your time. Time Management Sessions focus on fitting your priorities and non-negotiables into your day; not to do more but doing the right things at the right time. Time management is a cornerstone of self-management and organization. Our goal is less busy and more productive. Common topics: Identifying priorities, Decluttering your day, Grouping tasks for productivity, Single-tasking, Managing to-do lists.
