Project Overview

With fixed elements like a terracotta brick exterior, gray metal roof, and new chocolate brown shutters, the challenge was creating a fresh, cohesive look without a full exterior overhaul. Our goal was to update and coordinate the exterior with a new color palette. We chose a grey-green to complement the other colors and added contrast and architectural details to entry doors and the front of the house to lighten up the look and feel of the exterior and the sizable gabled roof. By adding white trim, we created cohesion with the white vinyl windows. This home was under contract in 3 days and sold for the list price!
