Styled for Parade of Homes weekend and used as the ecommunity’s model home, this home was designed with a warm modern aesthetic in mind—layered, earthy, and welcoming to reflect the ethos of Pine Dove Farm—a community centered around gardens, sustainability, and thoughtful living. Curated on site using stored furnishings, natural textures, and thoughtful accents, the space came to life through subtle contrast and international detail. Textural elements like woven rugs, wood accents, and local coffee bean sacks (reimagined as wall art) added character and local charm without overwhelming the space. The result: a fresh yet approachable interior that felt elevated and approachable, photographing beautifully and making a lastin impression on visitors.
