We staged the entire first floor of this 5BR/3BA home and used our creativity and ingenuity combined with our inventory to create a cozy home that matched the house's character.

Utilizing a few furnishings in this mostly vacant 1909 square foot home, we had one day and a limited budget to bring warmth and character to this family home. What could have been a long time on the market, this well-lived in family home received a little staging boost to give new buyers the idea of how they could live in this home. Once construction was complete on this showhome, we created the look with lifestyle accessories and furniture for a modern farmhouse style and staged for an open house weekend. Our challenge was to complete the space in two days - our team did it and we got rave reviews on the results!

This newly purchased home needed a makeover. A variety of brick surfaces and siding material and dull paint colors on the front of this home created a confused look. My client bought her home, knowing minor renovations could change and freshen the house. We worked together on her “dream” palette and made a plan. The difference paint, a plan, and a season can make: with our plan in place, we decided to have all surfaces painted bright white to unify them and added green on the front door to tie in the natural surroundings. The layout of the porch posts was reconfigured. A new porch light and roof in a charcoal gray completed the look.

We developed a solution for this 3000 sq. foot 4BR/4BA home that had been on the market for OVER 60 DAYS. The home was clean, uncluttered, and in good repair. After reviewing online photos and conducting an in-person consultation, we determined that this home needed better furniture arrangement, color and lightness, more modern finishes, and a balance between the older and newer areas to give an overall better presentation.

The challenge was updating and coordinating the colors that couldn’t change - grey metal roof, terracotta brick, and new chocolate brown shutters - with a new color palette. We chose a grey-green to complement the other colors and added contrast and architectural details to front doors and front of the house to lighten up the look and feel of the exterior and the sizeable gabled roof. By adding white trim, we created cohesion with the white vinyl windows. This home was under contract in 3 days and sold for list price!
