Project Overview

This 3 BR/2BA 1225 square foot family home with tile floors needed softer furnishings to cozy up the space, and a simple rearranging to show it in its best light. We staged before it went on the market, and received 4 competing offers in 2 days of listing and SOLD for $7,000 over list price.

Our goal was to add maximum impact to this smaller living room by adding a gallery wall over the TV, a mirror over the sofa to help reflect light in the small space, and color to the couch. A sisal rug at the front door complements the space.

In the kitchen, newly painted in a pale grey-blue to complement the red-toned cabinets and a textured neutral backsplash was added to coordinate with the floor tiles. Modern decor and a classic rug complete the space.

In the bonus room with read walls, we paired two black bookcases at the end of the room to give a built-in look and draw the eye through the room. Then we added horizontal striped curtains to help visually widen the narrow room and white trim on the windows for lightness. Updated and brighter accessories help to liven the dark space
