The Walk & Talk Consultation is an in-depth, on site meeting with our Home Staging Expert® where we’ll walk through, room by room discussing specific strategies to prepare your home or troubleshoot a home already listed and not receiving offers. Up to 2 hour consultation; homeowner and/or agent are encouraged to take notes and ask questions.

  • Rate: Starting at $250/less than 2500 square feet

  • Take advantage of the complimentary 24 Hour Feedback Opportunity. We’d be happy to answer any questions at no extra charge via email or phone about your staging project 24 hours after the consultation.

  • A complete checklist can be sent in a detailed Home Staging Report via email within 48 hours of the consultation, if elected beforehand, for an additional fee of $150.

After an initial consultation, we schedule a time and begin working hands-on to transform your listing and create a WOW property with mass appeal.

  • If your home is occupied while on the market, we will work with the furniture and decor you already own and, as needed, add in new purchases along with our own decor inventory.

  • For vacant homes, we work with you to secure rental furniture if needed, help coordinate bringing in pieces you may have stored, and/or use lighter staging using primarily decor and artwork plus aesthetic upgrades.

  • The pricing of this service depends on the size of the property, the number of rooms staged and whether accessories are included for rent. Because every project is unique, we're happy to provide a no-obligation phone estimate.

An easy, convenient staging option when you want a professional opinion and direction for your own staging project or tips to get you started. Available via email/phone to simplify the staging process for DIY-ers. Your E-Staging Consult can typically be scheduled within 48 hours (see below). Available for homes up to 2500 square feet.

To schedule:

  1. Purchase E-Staging Consultation via online store. ($150)

  2. Email at least 2 photos of each room from different angles with adequate lighting. Include “E-Staging” in subject line.

  3. Once photos are received you will receive a questionnaire to fill in and immediately email back to us.

  4. Once service is purchased and all items (questionnaire + photos) are submitted, our team determines a strategic staging plan for each room and emails a reply, typically within 48 hours, to consult via phone for up to 1 hour. Note: Available for interiors only, does not include attics, basements, or storage buildings. Once purchased, this service is non-refundable.

  5. After your phone consultation, we are available within a 24 hour time frame via email or 15 minute phone call.
